Cursor hovering over tasks, scroll wheel is scrolling the main view instead of task list

Cursor hovering over tasks, scroll wheel is scrolling the main view instead of task list

Instead of the task list scrolling up and down, the main brief part of the page is scrolling up and down.

I believe when you hover between the task cards, this happens. Update behavior to scroll tasks if user is hovering anywhere within the tasks container.
